What is Our Myofascial System and Why Do I Need Mine Released ?

Fascia is a specialised system that is present in almost every part of our body and it resembles a spider’s web-like structure, with a breaking strain of around 2,000 pounds! That is 910 Kilograms, 145 Stone’s or .9 of a ton….. so it is extremely strong and if this system is restricting our movement, muscle length and joint space, it can then have a negative effect on our everyday living.

Myofascial Release Therapy is exactly that, a release or lengthening of these restrictions, diminishing pain sensations and allowing the muscles to be stretched and strengthened.

What is HBOT and How does it help ?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at 1.5 ATA (One Atmosphere Absolute) is a wellnesstreatment involving breathing concentrated oxygen levels in a pressurisedchamber. This increased pressure allows the body to absorb higher levels of oxygen.

HBOT increases the amount of oxygen in the bloodstream. When you breathe inconcentrated levels of oxygen at higher pressures, more oxygen is dissolved in your blood’splasma. This increases oxygen delivery to tissues, including those with compromised bloodflow due to injury or disease.
